Ah internet complications have kept me from posting these.
The day I found out: I went to tutor, even in the midst of the chaos and excitement going on over at ExchangesConnect. I had given Kelly a problem to solve, and while she was doing that, I happened to check my email. TWO NEW EMAILS. I couldn't believe it. My heart was thumping wildly and I was literally going crazy. Kelly being my witness. Anyways, here's just something that I wrote the day that I found out that I'm going to S. Korea [on a full scholarship] !

One of the happiest moments of my life. Getting accepted to go to Korea for the summer of 2010! Yay! I was having serious doubts of whether or not I would get in because of a certain sentence in my letter to the host family. In my dream I had actually been accepted to China...then, unexpectedly, the dread hit. Oh how I wished I could be apart of Korea's program! What a blessing it is that I got in! I hope Sarah gets in the Arabic program now. I think I'll be making a blog about my 'adventures' in Korea. Let's go Korea 2010!

Another step towards going to study abroad in S. Korea!
Today's conference call was at 1:00 PM and lasted for like 40 minutes? I think it was supposed to last until 1:55 PM, but perhaps it got cut short for some reason. We asked a bunch of questions. From what I recall, there's around 30 summer students, 10 semester, and 8 year-long. I recorded the whole conference call :o horrible quality though.
I'm going to try to post every time I hear something new about the program - in order to document this crazy, yet EXCITING time of my life :)
