Lab meeting at 10am where Dr. Pak (sp?) gave a presentation on his current research. Then did PCR again of our ecoli.
Skit was today so we met up around 4pm at the real stage. Ran through the skit once with Gee's friends that played the extras / worked the lights / powerpoint. We ended up going first... which was originally going to be Peter's and Adrian's group since they were late. Out of 4 groups, we got 2nd and won some prize $. Our group thought they would get first, but I don't think we practiced enough as a complete group and with our lines memorized. 2nd is still pretty good though. Katie's and Andy's group did a pretty awesome job to get 1st - it was hilarious watching Andy do the boar mating dance and act like a Korean mom. Ling's and Michael's group did a re-enaction of a typical Korean drama and Peter's and Adrian's did many versions of "Snow White."
After, we returned the props (table, chairs, alcohol bottles) to Log Cabin, the university pub, and then went out to eat with the whole English program at Hyoja Market. We got ice cream afterwards and then headed home for water park tomorrow with the International Program people.
